4. Brief Chat Conversations

When you use our Brief Chat feature, your conversation is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) and stored securely for service delivery. Here's what we collect and why:

  • Your conversation messages: Used to produce your business brief
  • The structured brief produced at the end: Used to deliver your project
  • Conversation metadata: Timestamps and session status for service management

This data is stored in our project management system (Airtable) and is used exclusively to deliver the service you purchased. We do not sell, share, or use your conversation data for any other purpose.

You can request deletion of your conversation data at any time by emailing hello@ironbrev.com.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use limited tracking technologies to understand how visitors interact with our website:

  • Plausible Analytics: We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It provides aggregate statistics only.
  • Meta Pixel: We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This may set cookies and collect data about your activity. You can opt out of Meta tracking through your Facebook settings or browser privacy controls.
