Refund policy
Full refund if you cancel before we begin the audit, typically within 24 hours of Brief Chat completion. Once the audit is delivered, you get one revision at no charge if the recommendations do not fit your brand direction. If you are still unhappy after the revision, we refund 50% and retain the deliverable.

What's the difference between this and the Spark package?
Spark builds a full website with strategy, copy, and design for $349. This audit fixes your existing copy for $249 without touching design or structure. If your site structure works but the words don't, this is the right level. If you need a full rebuild, Spark is the answer.
Do you write in my voice or yours?
Yours. The first half of the work is defining what your voice actually sounds like (based on how you talk, your Brief Chat responses, and your existing best writing). The rewrites sound like you, not like us.
What if I don't have 5 pages?
We'll audit what you have. If you only have 2 or 3 pages, we'll focus depth there and adjust the rewrite count proportionally. We'll flag this during intake.
Can you match my existing brand guidelines?
Yes, if you have them. If you don't, we'll build the voice definition from scratch. Either way, the output is usable without needing a separate brand document.
