Pricing Strategy Workshop
Your prices haven't changed in 18 months. Fix that in 10 days. $799.
Pilot program. 10 spots. After that, this either becomes a standard $799 package or closes permanently.
What you get
- Pricing audit of your current structure: what you charge, what you bundle, what you discount, and where the model is leaking revenue
- Competitor pricing benchmark across 8 to 10 direct competitors with exact prices, tier structures, and value framing
- Tiered pricing recommendation with 2 to 4 tiers, including what goes in each, how they're priced, and the psychology behind the structure
- Migration plan for moving existing customers to the new structure without churning them, including grandfathering options and communication templates
- Pricing page copy rewrite for your website, ready to paste in
Delivered as a working document your team can execute from.
Who this is for
Businesses 1 to 5 years in that have grown past their original pricing model but haven't updated it. Especially useful when:
- You're undercharging for what you deliver and you know it
- Competitors have raised prices and you haven't
- You added services or features without rethinking the pricing structure
- Customers keep asking for "custom pricing" because your tiers don't match their needs
Best for SaaS, professional services, and DTC brands with clear price points. Not for businesses with highly customized enterprise pricing (those need a different engagement type).
How it works
- Pay $799. You get a 20-minute Brief Chat intake.
- Send your current pricing page, last 6 months of sales data (or a summary if you don't track), and a list of your top 5 competitors.
- We audit, benchmark, rebuild, and deliver within 10 business days.
No calls required (though you can request one if needed). Delivery is async and document-based.
Why this is a pilot
This is a new deliverable we're testing. Pricing is one of the highest-leverage changes a business can make. A 10% price increase typically drops 7 to 10% directly to the bottom line, but most small businesses don't have access to real pricing strategy work. This pilot tests whether there's demand for productized pricing strategy.
If demand validates, it becomes a standard $799 package. If not, these 10 pilot spots are the only chance to buy it.
Refund policy
Full refund if you cancel before we begin the work, typically within 24 hours of Brief Chat completion. Once the strategy is delivered, you get one revision at no charge if it does not address your business context. If you are still unhappy after the revision, we refund 50% and retain the deliverable.
FAQ
How is this different from the Competitive Intelligence Brief?
The Intel Brief analyzes 10 competitors across positioning, pricing, and gaps for $349. This workshop is 100% focused on pricing, goes much deeper on the pricing specifically, and includes your own pricing audit plus a migration plan. Think of them as adjacent tools: Intel Brief if you need to understand the market generally, Pricing Workshop if you know pricing is the problem.
What if I don't have sales data to share?
You don't need detailed sales data. A summary of "here's roughly what we sell per month at these price points" is enough. If you have better data, the recommendations get more specific.
Will the new pricing actually work?
We can't guarantee outcomes. Nobody who gives pricing advice honestly can. What we can guarantee is that the recommendation will be defensible, based on real competitor data, and structured to minimize churn risk during migration. Most of our pricing work results in a 15-30% net revenue increase within 90 days of implementation.
Do you do SaaS pricing or service pricing or both?
Both. The methodology adapts. SaaS pricing focuses on plan structure, metering, and expansion revenue. Service pricing focuses on scope definition, packaging, and premium tier positioning. Your Brief Chat tells us which framework to apply.
What if my competitors don't publish their prices?
Most don't, at first glance. Competitor pricing research includes reconstructing pricing from customer reviews, sales call transcripts published on YouTube, case studies that mention dollar amounts, and direct outreach where appropriate. The output includes sources for every number.
